I can’t resist a good deal…and some new Bellas
Head on over to Emily’s blog. Emily is the creator of Stamping Bellas, which you know I LOVE!!!! She is having a “sale” this week. Spend $50 and you receive free shipping. She just released some of the CUTEST images, not just Bellas. But I do have to say, I bought the 2 new Bellas that were released and I want them NOW, I can’t wait to ink them up. I met my “quota” and in a week or so I will be the proud user of 5 new Bellas, Just my Type by Vol. 25, and 2 new sentiments. I promise I will show off my new deals when they get here, but I didn’t want anyone missing out on this fabulous offer.

Sissy’s Scrap Challenge and nice treats
I participated with the Sissy’s Scrap Challenge for the week, Play Ball. I had to because I love baseball! I am about to show you something you have not seen on this blog…a scrapbook page, and I actually have 3 to show you.

The reason I found out about Sissy’s Scrap Challenges is because of Margie, one of the Sissy’s and her work at Twilight Tuesday. Margie and I did an image swap recently and I wanted to show you the awesome stuff she sent.
She sent me some awesome images, a beautiful card and the coolest stamp ever!! It is the Unity Stamp Co. “My Vampire can beat your Werewolf” How awesome. I can’t wait to play with them. (Actually I was coloring in one of the Magnolia stamps while waiting for photos to upload. hope you enjoy! ~ Erica
Happy spring chick, not a sad whale!
Gifts
Wednesday was Administrative Assistant’s Day. I really am not one, but I do help the sales department out, so they give me things on this day! Awesome!!!! There are three of us that fall in this category. They bought each of us a gift cerificate that was personalized to our interests. Guess what mine was for…. Hobby Lobby. Half of is was used by Wednesday night.
Edward
So I love Twilight and we all know this. I have been lucky enough to meet a lot of great people who share my love for Twilight. Through Twilight Tuesday, I have met Margie and Tonya. Margie commented on one of my cards saying that she loved my Bella stamps and had never used them. Well that needed to change. I told her I would send her a couple of images so she could try them out. I can’t wait to see what she creates with them. I had to send her a little something to go along with it, so I made her this.I was so happy with my previous coaster project, so I wanted to make another one for Margie. Since she is Team Edward, I pulled up this pretty little picture of Edward. I like how it came out and so does Margie. Her package got to her yesterday…hence why I could put it up.
Hope you enjoy! ~Erica
TTIC #28 The Wedding
I am back. Sorry, I have been away from my computer because school is still kicking my butt! I had two lessons to do this week. They went well and I think that the students know the branches of government.
I did have to play the Twilight Tuesday Inspiration Challenge this week. The inspiration is the wedding, probably one of my favorite parts of the saga. It was only right to use my Bridabella for this. I added Crystal Stickles to add a little bit of accent to the dress. I loved the photo that Margie added for the challenge, but when I pictured the wedding I pictured it to be very subdude in color. I thought soft colors, that is why I used my Basic Grey paper.
There is also a comment portion for the challenge:
“Comment: What are your favorite things in a wedding? and/or most memorable ‘in real life’ or movie/tv wedding you’ve ever seen…?”
I love food, so the food is probably my favorite part of weddings.
My favorite tv wedding was Monica and Chandler’s wedding. One of my favorite movie weddings is from The Other Sister.
This was definitely not my favorite real wedding, but just a funny story. My bf Meredith’s brother got married last summer. I traveled to Baltimore for the wedding. I have known Josh since he was in diapers, so it was a little depressing that he was getting married before me. While I planned to go to the wedding, Meredith informs me that I am a reader for the wedding. I was very adament to EVERYONE that I did not want to read the passage that said “Love is patient, love is kind.” I just didn’t want to deal with that part because I was a little sour about love at that point. They informed me that I wouldn’t have to read that because the minister would. Well, we were at the rehersal and I was up practicing my reading and guess what I had to read. I could barely get through it because I was trying not to laugh outloud, however, the bride and groom could not contain themselves and were busting up. All of Josh’s side were on the floor laughing. The grandmother of the bride who didn’t know the story gave Val a nasty look because she thought we were being in appropriate in church. Luckily I didn’t loose it during the wedding, but there were a lot of smiles at that point of the ceremony.

Tea Party Invitations
My friend wants to have a tea party for her birthday. We already all know about it, but me being me, I had to make invitations. I wanted something very simple, so I used my new DCWV Citrus paper to make a pocket for my printed invitation. Since I only have the Mat Stack of the Citrus, I used different paper for each invitation. I wanted to make them fun and bright.

Here is the whole group of them!
Hope you enjoy! ~ Erica
TTIC #27 Jasper Hale
I watched the movie again this week, I got my Edward, so it is only fitting that I found time to participate in this weeks Twilight Tuesday Inspiration Challenge! If you are a Twilight fan or just a crafter and haven’t checked it out, what are you waiting for. The women over there are so sweet! I love it. I had only done one challenge before, but when I saw that Jasper was the inspiration…a light bulb came on.
Happy Birthday bella!
Here is a card I made for a friend’s birthday. The card actually started as being for this week’s SFYTT, but didn’t work out. I kept the middle piece I made from double sided paper I have had for a very long time. The brads are Spare-parts and ofcourse I thought my Billboardabella was perfect for the occassion. I colored it in with Tombos and Bics and finished it off with Fruit Punch Stickles in the heart. I think she will like it. Hope you enjoy! ~ Erica
OME! I got mail today!
I love getting mail. I don’t get enough mail as far as I am concerned, but today made up for that. Tonya of Stamp Happens and Twilight Tuesday sent me my Edward action figure that I won from a scavenger hunt at Twilight Tuesday.
Isn’t he great!? He has a place on my bulletin board. Tonya also included the most beautiful card ever!!!!
I am just amazed at the card. I love it!!!! Here are the two pieces together as they belong on my desk.
It has definitely added something to my office. It is really nice to look to the left of my computer screen and see Edward. It would make anyone’s day better! Hope you enjoy! ~Erica
